370 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 370 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 370 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other means — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the 370 platform, including registered users, trial users and visitors without an account. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using any service provided by 370, including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, jackpots and lottery.
The370 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for betting and gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration and Verification
Each user may only hold one registered account on the 370 platform. Registration requires an active Malaysian phone number for identity verification purposes. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without notice and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Login Credential Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 370 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any customer support channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any activity intended to cheat, manipulate or compromise the integrity of any game or betting system is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions, bans or promotional conditions is strictly prohibited.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 370 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow QR, FPX via major Malaysian banks and direct bank transfer. No hidden fees are charged by 370 for the standard deposit methods listed.
Processed deposits credited to an account cannot be unilaterally reversed. Any deposit-related dispute must be submitted to the 370 support team within 72 hours of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 370 account holder. 370 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Processing times vary by method and may take between one and three business days.
Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions and bonuses offered by 370 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods and eligible games. Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limit
The 370 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 370 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors or data loss. 370 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruption or technical failures beyond the platform's control.
In no event shall 370's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, graphics and other elements on the370 platform are the exclusive property of 370 or its respective third-party licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 370.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 370 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors and sports data providers. 370 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Access to third-party links is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
370 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, provision of false information, self-exclusion requests under responsible gambling grounds, or instructions from relevant authorities.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 370 reserves the right to withold any balance associated with the violating activity. Where closure is requested by the user or occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process.
Changes to These Terms
370 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
